Abstract

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

• Abstract are invited for Paper/ E Poster.
• Abstract must be written in the English language - title, abstract text, names of the authors, affiliations, tables figures, and graphs.
• It is the authors’ responsibility to review, proofread, and approve their submissions for format, form, and language before the submission deadline
• For each abstract, only a maximum of 10 authors are allowed including the presenting author.
• Author and co-authors’ affiliation should contain the name of the institution, city, and country
• The abstract text should be informative but concise and should be divided into the following headings:
  • Aims & Objectives
  • Material & Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• Only ONE table, figure or graph (any of the three) is allowed for each abstract. This must be cited in the abstract text, with the word limit not exceeding 300 words.

Others:

• A confirmation e-mail on the receipt of the abstract will be automatically sent to the corresponding author. Please ensure you have provided a valid email account during submission.
• You may need to check the spam mail folder if you don’t receive any emails from us.
• The presenting author needs to be registered for the Conference for the Paper/ E Poster to be displayed.
• There would be exciting awards for the winners amongst the presented Paper/ E Poster
• Abstracts will be selected for the oral presentation/E Poster in the conference by the Organising Committee.
• Details of your session will be notified by email & will be made available on the meeting website www.rssdimpcon2025.com www.rssdimpcon2025.com
